Systemic Constellation Work is profound work at the deepest level, the individual and family Soul.
It is a movement of the Soul to a natural resolution based on love within one’s family system.
Systemic or Family Constellations was founded on the work of German therapist Bert Hellinger. His phenomenological approach probes the secret soul or conscience of the family or a system. By working with thousands of family systems Hellinger observed age-old "Orders of Love" that govern family systems and their members.

When someone in the family system has been excluded, forgotten, cast out, or suffered a difficult fate someone of the following generations unconsciously and invariably will step in and bring the lost member's destiny back through living it out in this lifetime affecting them in ways in which they do not understand. This happens because of a deep and hidden loyalty that will not allow anyone of a family system to be denied the right to belong. It is a love so deep that an individual may unconsciously choose to die, rather than "betray" the family bond.
By working gently, honestly and directly with facts, rather than one’s beliefs, we discover previously hidden dynamics, halt their influence, acknowledge what is and allow for a healing resolution. Healing professionals around the world are beginning to witness and recognize the profound healing that can take place using Systemic or Family Constellation Work. Constellation Work is a powerful tool in sourcing the origin of our problems and finding resolution and deep healing within the complex and often tragic relationship systems of an individual and their family.

These problems may actually have been inherited from the lives of your ancestors, and may not be of your own doing. Devine love and wisdom can help individuals to heal and release their energetic identifications or entanglements. It will guide and restore one to a place of acceptance, forgiveness and love of what is and what has been.
The Systemic Family Constellation Work
Systemic or Family Constellation work may be done in a private consultation or most often in a setting of a group workshop. During the constellation we are working with the morphic, or “knowing field” according to addition to the universal "Orders of Love. This morphic field, as identified by biophysicist Rupert Sheldrake, is the place that holds the record or information pattern of our entire family system. This “family-field” knows the unconscious realities of the family system. Hellinger calls this the family soul, as it contains not only the deep-seated wounds, but also the mode of healing. We may live in individualistic lives, but the soul still honors the realities of the tribe. Although it is possible that we can choose whom and what to acknowledge, and what not, if we create misbalance in the family soul which will eventually need to be paid, usually by later generations. The family soul does not forget and does not rest until every member is fully included again, according to the universal laws of order, binding and balance.
As a client of Family Constellation Work you will likely have a specific issue or intention of resolution. After a brief interview the facilitator and the Client will determine the roles to be represented. The client will choose from the group individuals to represent the persons to be included within the constellation. By setting up the chosen representatives the client puts his internal “Family-Picture” on display
From the time the representatives are placed in the constellation they will be standing in the true energy of the client’s family system, and amazingly will feel the inner reality of the represented person or state. They will begin to experience thoughts, moods, feelings and physical sensations of whom or what they represent.
This will lead the facilitator to the original cause for the interrupted flow of love and unacceptance even though it may be many generations ago, and totally unknown. As the constellation progresses, the needs of the soul emerge, and the gestures and statements of healing present themselves. Step by step through simple words and demonstrations of honor and acknowledgment the entanglements and blockages are revealed and replaced with strength and love. This movement allows the client to embrace their true potential to live a full and vital life. This renewed flow of love and acceptance is experienced by not only the client, but also remarkably by other members of their family system.

Systemic Sources of Family Issues:
- Loss of a parent or sibling due to secrecy, adoption, separation, divorce, death, etc.,
- Inability to bond with parent(s) due to: prenatal patterns, complications at birth, prolonged separation in early childhood or the parents emotional unavailability
- Loss of child due to: miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth, death, secrecy, artificial insemination, surrogating
- Tragic or sudden death, accident or serious illness of family members
- Disrespect or exclusion of family members due to: divorce, separation, handicap, ill deed, sexual or religious preference, misuse, ethnicity
- Separation from country or land of origin
- Participation in war, injustice or crime
